On Wendesday, June 13th, award-winning author and
professor Kim Barnes will discuss her latest book, In the Kingdom of Men. Barnes is the author of two memoirs and three
novels, including the books Finding
Caruso, A County Called Home, and
In the Kingdom of Men. She was born
and raised in Idaho and is currently a professor of English at the
University of Idaho.
Her latest novel, In
the Kingdom of Men, is a mystery centering on an woman from Oklahoma whose
seemingly perfect marriage and rich life in Saudi Arabia is turned upside down
when she suspects her husband of murder. Diana Abu-Iaber, author of Birds of
Paradise says, ”… In The Kingdom of Men
transports readers to the sands of Arabia and the recesses of the human heart.”
